🔹 Location: Mumbai (Local candidates preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: (Mandatory 75%+ in 10th, 12th & Degree) – No gaps.
🎓 Graduation Year: 2024 & 2025
📚 Degrees Accepted:
BE/B.Tech – Computer Science, IT
BCA/MCA
B.Sc./M.Sc. (IT)
Electronics & Telecom Engineering

Preferred Certifications:
💡 Azure: AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104
💡 Microsoft 365: MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365
💡 Any Cloud or Windows Server Administration

Initial Shift timings is from 11 AM - 8 PM
Post that Shift timings will be from -6 PM - 3 AM ( Rotational Week offs)

Technical Skills:
🔹 Basic understanding of IT concepts like MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, memory, server, CPU, networks, IP addresses, cloud computing, DHCP, DNS, Windows Server etc.
🔹 Prior experience in infrastructure monitoring is a plus.

Role Responsibilities:
🔹 Service Desk, Server & Network Monitoring
🔹 Troubleshooting server & network issues
🔹 Queue monitoring and ticket acknowledgment
🔹 Basic application support knowledge
🔹 Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts (including extended hours if required)
🔹 IT Support – Non-voice process
🔹 Excellent written and oral communication skills
